This page is a list of curated community levels. At this point in time, the only levels listed are made by one person; please feel free to add more levels. Try to keep them to a good standard of quality, if possible, though.

All levels are listed in ascending difficulty order, as determined by their creator.

In order to play a level, just copy the long string of seemingly random letters, numbers, and symbols, then paste it into the game using the "community levels" tab.

Simple Levels

These levels are overall fairly easy. They will still force you to focus; just not all the time. One-shotting these levels perfectly isn't inconceivable.

Carlyle

Carlyle is a plan based off of the model railroad, Carlyle Subdivision, featured in Model Railroader in their July 2013 issue. While this level is very simple, its timetable can be quite strict, so don't delay! Get your trains to their places today!

10 trains, 22 minutes.

Ashland

Ashland is a level based on a model railroad plan which was never built. What was once the dream of a busy metropolis was never achieved; but this was! This simple plan does have enough content to keep you focused, but is at a relaxed pace.

12 trains, 22 minutes.

Central Remastered

Ever thought the map "Central" was a bit buggy? Well, yeah, it totally is! So much so that it was rebuilt from scratch. This version of the map has longer trains and fancier names, such as "Central" being replaced with "Oak Street Station".

11 trains, 30 minutes.

Bridgeport.png

Bridgeport

Real town, fake railroad! This layout is based off of Bridgeport, WA, in the Mount Hood Model Engineer's club. The town is a real place, but a railroad never reached it, and based on the other real towns on the layout, it's a bit out of the way geographically. This map has a small amount of trains in a long time, but be careful; you have to keep track of the local switcher, which needs to do some very weird movements to get its job done!

7 trains, 20 minutes.

Difficult Levels

These levels are a step up in difficulty, staying manageable but keeping you on your feet. Stay focused!

Wading the Willamette

Portland, Oregon is home to a fairly interesting river crossing, in the fact that it has a double-deck lift bridge which can lift either level on its own. While we can't represent that, we can represent the train tracks in the nearby area! The junction's rather interesting, after all.

17 trains, 30 minutes.

Central Chaos

After making Central Remastered, its creator decided to try to add more trains to the map to make it a little more interesting. They managed to fit in twice the trains in the same exact amount of time, and boy, does it show! Along with that, there are some "curveball" trains which need to go backwards in order to reach their destination! Will you be able to keep up with the chaos?

22 trains, 30 minutes.

True Challenges

These levels are hard! If you're looking for something you need to focus on for the entire time you're playing it, give these a shot! These levels are NOT for beginners!

Unpleasant Street.png

Pleasant Street

Pleasant Street Junction was in the heart of Grand Rapids, Michigan, back when the Pennsylvania, Chesapeake and Ohio, and New York Central were all still around. The junction had all three, with the C&O crossing both of the other two. However, the C&O didn't have tracks going to union station, so they had to switch onto the Pennsylvania's main line to get there. This map is a representation of a model railroad variation of the junction, which is somehow even more complex than the real deal!

20 minutes. 20 trains.

Unpleasant Street

What if Pleasant Street... but with more trains? Well, that's what happened here. Fortunately, the level's time is longer than before, but it's still difficult as nails to such a point that the creator got lost multiple times playtesting their own level. Are you ready to return to "Pleasant" street and conquer it once more?

Nightmares

These levels are by far the hardest levels out there. They are unforgiving and cold; these levels are challenging even to the most seasoned veteran.

Currently, there are no levels that qualify for this. At least one, "Windy City Cascade", is in the works. However, considering how much effort goes into these levels, it might be a while until this level is shown the light of day.
